Equipment Overview

Conventional cleaning machines have the drawback of reduced productivity and quality because the adhesive tape on the upper part of the clean roll must be manually removed after cleaning a certain amount of substrates.
In contrast, the Auto Clean Machine removes fine contaminants adhered to the surface of substrates and sheets using an SCR (Spon Clean Roller) rotating at a constant speed, and automatically removes contaminants attached to the DCR (Dust Capture Roller) using an ACF (Auto Cleaning Film).

Components

Spon Clean Roll

A roll that gently captures contaminants on product surfaces and stepped areas

Dust Capture Roll

A roll that captures contaminants collected on the SCR onto an adhesive surface

Auto Cleaning Film

A film that finally removes residual contaminants collected on the SCR and DCR through its adhesive film properties

Equipment Options

Auxiliary conveyors at the front and rear of the equipment

If there is a gap between the equipment connected to the front and rear of the main unit, auxiliary conveyors can be installed to enhance stability

AUTO CURL (Warping) Control Function

When the curl (warping) of the product (CCL) is large, this control function can provide auxiliary support to ensure stable conveyance

Installation of AC ion bar units at the product IN/OUT sections

By concentrating the distribution panel and air equipment at the lower part of the machine, the system provides a clear advantage in maintenance efficiency

AUTO SEPARATION / REVERSE Function

A function that allows the cleaning machine to perform back-and-forth (reciprocating) cleaning of the product

- Name, company name, email, address, contact information, mobile phone number, inquiry content, and other optional items

▶ Retention and use period of personal information

- In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay upon achieving the purpose of collection or provision.
- However, in order to provide smooth service consultation, the contents may be retained for 3 months after the consultation is completed, and in cases where preservation is required by other laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the information will be retained for a certain period of time.

▶ Personal information destruction procedures and methods

In principle, the company destroys the relevant information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. The information you entered for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB (separate file in the case of paper) after the purpose has been achieved, and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations for information protection reasons (see retention and use period) and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose than that for which it is retained, unless required by law. Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that makes it impossible to reproduce the record.
