Our Laminator Hot Roller for Dry Film Lamination is manufactured using fluorine-based raw materials that feature excellent heat and chemical resistance, as well as high thermal conductivity. We also improve the adhesive strength between the shaft and rubber, providing products with a low defect rate and extended service life.
It has excellent heat resistance, acid resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance, and maintains stable performance even in harsh process environments.
It can maintain high conductivity even at high temperatures, making it suitable for precision electronic processes.
The material\'s high elasticity and rebound resilience maintain a constant roll pressure, making it applicable to products of various sizes (such as PCBs) without pressure marks. Dispersion prevents quality degradation due to heat.
Excellent thermal conductivity quickly dissipates residual heat from the product surface, preventing quality deterioration due to heat.
Provides various hardness specifications to enable appropriate roll selection according to changes in hardness and thickness of laminate film.
The outside of the roll is made stronger than the inside, designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the PCB production process.
