PO(Poly Olefin) Sponge

Product Overview

This is a polyolefin sponge roll with micropores in an open cell structure. It has excellent absorbency and excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents, so it is used for liquid removal or absorption in processes that use chemicals.

Applications

Absorbent pads/rolls for cleaning: Rolls for removing residual liquid after cleaning, absorbents for trays, etc.
Buffering material for preventing foreign matter: Prevents dust and foreign matter from adhering before laminating, cushions shock between precision parts
Surface protection for transport rollers: Prevents foreign matter from adhering between loaders, unloaders, and modules during processing.
Electrostatic control consumables: Used as ESD control sponge material inside workbenches, trays, and handlers.
